Mandarin Halibut and Spring Vegetables en Papillote
- 20 each halibut fillets
- 2-1/2 cups zucchini, julienned
- 2-1/2 cups carrots, julienned Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 2-1/2 cups red peppers, julienned
- 2-1/2 cups fennel, julienned
- 1-1/4 cups Kraft Mandarin Orange with Sesame Dressing
- 3 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
- For each serving: Fold 11x8-1/2-inch sheet of parchment paper crosswise in half.
- Unfold paper.
- Place 1 fish fillet on half of the paper; top with 2 Tbsp.
- of each of the vegetables and 2 Tbsp.
- of the fennel.
- Drizzle with 1 Tbsp.
- of the dressing.
- Fold paper in half; seal edges by making several small folds to form packet.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Bake in 350 degrees F-standard oven 12 to 14 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Unwrap packet.
- Plate fish and vegetables; sprinkle with 1/2 tsp.
- sesame seed.
- Discard paper.
