Peas With Mint and Tomatoes

  1. In medium frying pan, melt butter.
  2. Saute onions.
  3. Add tomatoes and cook 5 minutes.
  4. Add peas and mint.
  5. Cook until most of the liquid has evaporated, 3-5 minutes.
