Peas With Mint and Tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped onions
- 1 (14 ounce) can Italian tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas, thawed
- 1 tablespoon chopped of fresh mint
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- In medium frying pan, melt butter.
- Saute onions.
- Add tomatoes and cook 5 minutes.
- Add peas and mint.
- Cook until most of the liquid has evaporated, 3-5 minutes.
