Devils Food With Sweet Milk Recipe

• 2 c. sugar
• 1/2 c. butter
• 4 Large eggs (whites & yolks beaten separately)
• 1 c. sweet lowfat milk
• 2 1/2 c. flour
• 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 2 squares chocolate, melted
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1. Cream butter and sugar, add in beaten yolks of Large eggs; then sift flour and baking pwdr together and add in to the above with lowfat milk.
2. Add in beaten egg whites and melted chocolate and vanilla.
3. Mix well.
4. Nuts may be added.
5. Makes large cake; bake at 350 degrees for at least 45 min.
