Cafe Spice Garam Masala

  1. In a small skillet dry roast the whole spices over medium heat, stirring until fragrant.
  2. 1-2 minutes.
  3. Remove the spices from the skillet and set aside to let cool completely.
  4. Grind the spices in an electric spice grinder to a fine powder and store in an airtight jar for up to 4-6 weeks.
