10-Minute Pesto Chicken Pizza
- 2 Tablespoons Pre-made Pesto
- 2 whole Pita Rounds
- 1/2 cups Pre Cooked Chicken
- 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella
- 1/4 cups Pine Nuts
- 1.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of pesto on each pita round.
- 2.
- Place pitas on a baking sheet and top with chicken, shredded mozzarella, and pine nuts (in that order).
- 3.
- Broil in the oven for 5 minutes, or until pine nuts are lightly toasted and cheese is melted.
- Watch that the pine nuts dont burn.
- Enjoy!
