Bright Light

• 1 1/2 oz. Watershed Bourbon Barrel Aged Gin
• 1/2 oz. lemon juice
• 3/4 oz. lemon coriander syrup (see below)
• 1/2 egg white
• 2 dash Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel-Aged Bitters
• cayenne pepper
• Lemon wedge
• hot water
• honey
• 3 tbsp. coriander seeds

1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass.
3. Garnish with cayenne pepper and a lemon wedge.
4. To make lemon coriander syrup, mix equal parts hot water and honey with three tablespoons of coriander seeds until honey is dissolved.
