Dried Shrimp Paste Sambal

  1. Saute shallot, garlic, tomato, red chili and cayenne pepper until all wilted.
  2. Remove and add Belacan and sugar, then mash/grind until smooth half.
  3. Add fried shrimp and salt, adjust the taste.
  4. Stir until well blended, and add the lemon juice.
  5. Ready to be served.
