Beef & Cheese Fold Over

  1. Brown meat and onions, drain.
  2. Stir in barbecue sauce and set aside.
  3. Heat oven to 375u0b0 F.
  4. Unroll crescent dough into 4 long rectangles on ungreased cookie sheet, overlapping long sides. Firmly press perforations and edges to seal.
  5. Pat to form 15 x 13 in. rectangle.
  6. Spread meat mixture lengthwise in a 4 in. strip down center of dough to within 1 in. of end.
  7. Top meat with cheese slices, fold shorter sides of dough 1 in. over filling.
  8. Bring long sides of dough rectangle over filling overlapping edges. Pinch to seal.
  9. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  10. Bake at 375u0b0 F for 20 - 25 minutes.
  11. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
  12. Serves 6.
