Beef & Cheese Fold Over
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. barbecue sauce
- 6 slices American Cheese
- 2 (8 oz.) cans of crescent dinner rolls
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
- Brown meat and onions, drain.
- Stir in barbecue sauce and set aside.
- Heat oven to 375u0b0 F.
- Unroll crescent dough into 4 long rectangles on ungreased cookie sheet, overlapping long sides. Firmly press perforations and edges to seal.
- Pat to form 15 x 13 in. rectangle.
- Spread meat mixture lengthwise in a 4 in. strip down center of dough to within 1 in. of end.
- Top meat with cheese slices, fold shorter sides of dough 1 in. over filling.
- Bring long sides of dough rectangle over filling overlapping edges. Pinch to seal.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake at 375u0b0 F for 20 - 25 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
- Serves 6.
