Breakfast Souffles With Chipotle Honey #5FIX

  1. Microwave the honey in a small container with the pulverized chipotle peppers.
  2. Allow to sit for a few hours, then strain the larger pieces of chipotle pepper out of the honey.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Preheat oven to 350F.
  5. In a medium-sized bowl, combine eggs and potatoes.
  6. Blend well with an immersion blender.
  7. Stir in shredded bacon cheddar and portion out into four greased ramekins.
  8. Bake 20 minutes, or until egg has set and cheese has melted.
