Pickled Plum and Shirasu Cheese Toast - Tart and Delicious
- 1 slice Sliced bread
- 1 Butter
- 1 Pickled plum (remove the pit and chopped and smashed)
- 10 grams Shirasu (boiled and dried baby sardines)
- 20 grams Pizza cheese (or melting slice cheese)
- 1 small amount Aonori
- Spread the butter and pickled plum on a bread slice and sprinkle with shirasu.
- Sprinkle the pizza cheese (or melting slice cheese) and toast in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
- Sprinkle with aonori, and it's done.
