Healthy Banana Bread Recipe

  1. Cream shortening and sugar.
  2. Add in bananas, vanilla and Large eggs.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and add in to first mix.
  4. Stir only till mixed well.
  5. Bake in well greased loaf pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour, 10 min or possibly till browned and crusty.
  6. Chocked full of nutrition.
  7. My kids love this too!
