Sriracha Beer Cheese

• 1 block (8 Oz. Block) Cream Cheese, Softened
• 23 cups Beer, Lager
• 3 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• 4 teaspoons Sriracha Hot Sauce

1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
2. Adjust hot sauce to taste.
3. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
