Marinated Flank Steak

  1. Marinade:
  2. Peel and crush the garlic and; and ginger, mince fine; finely slice the onion; snip the parsley and chop coarsely. Combine the garlic, ginger, onion, parsley, cumin, chili powder, tumeric, oregano, olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, sherry, and the crushed red chili pepper.
  3. (The marinade can be frozen and reused once or twice.)
