Vegetarian Chef's Salad

  1. Add the following to each of 4 large bowls: 2 cups lettuce, 1/4 of the tomato, 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts, 1/4 of the carrot, 1/4 of the pepper, 1/2 cup peas and carrots, 1/4 cup cheese, and 1/4 of the egg; top each salad with 2 Tbsp.
  2. dressing.
  3. Complement each salad with a sliced apple topped with 1 Tbsp.
  4. peanut butter for dessert.
  5. Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of water with meal.
