Wake-Up Casserole

  1. Place croutons in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
  2. Top with cheese and mushrooms.
  3. Brown sausage and onion.
  4. Drain and spread over cheese layer.
  5. Beat eggs with 2 cups of milk and seasonings; pour over sausage.
  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  7. (May be frozen at this point.)
  8. Mix soup with 1/2 cup milk and spread on top before baking.
  9. Bake at 325u0b0 for 60 minutes.
  10. Serves 8.
