Bittersweet Chocolate Fruit Dip Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. ricotta cheese
- 1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
- 1/4 c. strong coffee
- 1 tbsp. instant coffee
- 6 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoon brandy (optional)
- Healthy pinch of salt
- Blend ricotta cheese in blender till smooth, then add in all other ingredients.
- Chill.
- Serve with apple or possibly pear slices, strawberries, bananas or possibly any choice of fruit.
