Sweet Onions with Umeboshi-Mayo Sauce

  1. Thinly slice the sweet onion.
  2. Soak it in water, then drain.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Mix in the onion into the bowl from Step 1.
  5. Arrange on serving plates, then scatter bonito flakes on top.
  6. Sweet Onion and Tuna Salad.
