Nadgie's Chili

  1. Season the beef with the adobo and heat the oil, mix in the sofrito.
  2. Cook the meat until no longer pink.
  3. Add the ground cumin, the pinto and refried beans.
  4. Mix well.
  5. While simmering add the tomato sauce, the taco seasoning and the sazon.
  6. Let it simmer for about 7 minutes.
  7. Finely chop the green onions and avocado.
  8. Serve on a deep bowl and top it with the mexican cheese blend, sourcream, green onion and avocado.
  9. Enjoy it with the corn tortillas.
