Cheesy Ham and Potatoes
- 5 pounds Potatoes
- 2 pounds Ham Cubes
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 pound Velveeta Cheese
- 1- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Peel and cube the potatoes.
- Boil in salt water until soft.
- Melt cubed Velveeta with milk in the microwave.
- Drain the potatoes.
- Mix with ham and melted cheese in a 13x9 casserole dish or crock pot.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Cook the casserole dish at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes, or until desired brownness is achieved, or cook in the crock pot on low for 6-7 hours.
- Serves 8-10 people.
