Sausage And Peppers Italiano

  1. In covered skillet over medium heat, cook sausage in 2 tablespoons of water for 5 minutes.
  2. Uncover.
  3. Cook until sausage is browned on all sides.
  4. Add green peppers, onion and garlic to sausage in skillet.
  5. Cook until peppers are tender-crisp, stirring frequently.
  6. Spoon off fat.
  7. Stir in soup, 1 cup of water and vinegar.
  8. Reduce heat to low.
  9. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
