Stuffed Mushrooms
- 1 pound Sage Sausage
- 1 whole Medium Onion, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 12 whole Stuffer Mushrooms
- 1 block Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Italian Style Bread Crumbs
- 1 Tablespoon Melted Butter
- Brown the sausage with the chopped onion.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Meanwhile, scoop out and clean the mushrooms.
- Once the sausage is browned, add the cream cheese.
- Heat until soft and stir together.
- Fill each mushroom with the sausage mixture.
- Sprinkle each mushroom with mozzarella cheese.
- Spoon bread crumbs on top.
- Finally, drizzle melted butter on top of the bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
- If you want to crisp the top, put them under the broiler for about 5 minutes.
