Velveeta Golden Grill

  1. Spread softened margarine on one side of the four slices of bread.
  2. In non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, lay two slices- buttered side down.
  3. Top each with cheese and remaining bread slices- buttered side up.
  4. Cook until golden on one side (about 2-3 minutes) and flip sandwiches over.
  5. Cook until other side is golden and serve them hot from the skillet.
  6. Note- I have tried the individually wrapped Velveeta slices and prefer the block version much better/ I think it's much more flavorful.
