Neiman-Marcus Squares

  1. Combine cake mix, butter and chopped pecans in mixer bowl; mix well.
  2. Add 1 egg and egg white, beating just until moist.
  3. Spread in lightly greased and floured 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  4. Cream confectioners sugar, cream cheese and vanilla in bowl until light and fluffy.
  5. Beat in remaining 2 eggs and egg yolk 1 at a time, scraping bowl frequently.
  6. Pour into prepared pan.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
  8. Cool in pan. Chill, covered with foil, overnight.
  9. Yield:
  10. 32 servings.
