Savory Salmon Luncheon Pie

  1. Prick pastry shell with tines of a fork; bake in a 450u0b0 oven for 5 minutes. Drain salmon, reserving liquid; remove bones and skin.
  2. Flake salmon and place in bottom of pastry shell; sprinkle with lemon juice.
  3. Saute onions and parsley flakes in butter; sprinkle over salmon.
  4. Mix liquid from salmon with eggs, milk and remaining ingredients; pour over salmon.
  5. Bake in 350u0b0 oven for 50 minutes, or until firm.
  6. Serve hot.
  7. Serves 6.
