Cheesy Egg & Sausage Make-Ahead Brunch Bake
- 1 lb. bulk Italian sausage, cooked, drained
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
- 1/2 cup chopped onions Safeway 3 lb For $2.99 thru 02/09
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Pork
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- Combine first 5 ingredients.
- Stir in 1-1/2 cups cheese.
- Spoon into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Whisk eggs and milk until blended; pour over meat mixture.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Bake casserole (uncovered) 1 hour or until center is set.
- Top with remaining cheese; bake 5 min.
