Philly 3-Step Cookies'n Cream Cheesecake

  1. MIX cream cheese and sugar with mixer until smooth.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time and mix until just blended.
  3. POUR half the batter into crumb crust; sprinkle cookie pieces over top.
  4. Pour on remaining batter.
  5. BAKE at 350F (180C) for 30 minutes or until centre is almost set.
  6. Cool to room temperature.
  7. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
  8. Top with whipped topping and additional cookie pieces, if desired.
