Lo Cal Cabbage Casserole Recipe
- 1 sm. head cabbage
- 1 pound minced meat
- Salt and pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 sm. minced onion
- 1/3 c. raw rice
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can water
- Coarsely chop cabbage into greased baking casserole.
- Scramble minced meat in frying pan till browned.
- Add in salt, minced garlic and onion.
- Put rice in casserole on cabbage.
- Add in meat in layers.
- Top with soup and water.
- Cover dish tightly.
- Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour.
