Apple Stuffing

  1. Coat a non stick pan with non-stick spray and place over a medium high heat.
  2. Add onion and saute for 2 minutes until translucent.
  3. Add mushrooms, thyme and rosemary, saute for 3 minutes.
  4. Add remaining ingredients, cook only until the apples are just tender.
