Butter Icing

• 3 cups powdered sugar sifted
• 13 cup butter or margarune, softend
• 3 tablespoons cream
• 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 tablespoons orange juice
• 1 1/2 tablespoon oranges rind, grated
• 3 tablespoons coffee fresh, strong
• 1/2 cup pineapple crushed, drained

1. Blend confectioners' sugar and butter.
2. Stir in until smooth one of the variations.
