Veal Chops Italian Recipe

  1. Combine oil, garlic and oregano, arrange chops in shallow dish.
  2. Pour oil mix over veal - turn chops and chill 2-3 hrs or possibly overnight.
  3. Drain; reserve marinade.
  4. In skillet brown chops in 1 or possibly 2 Tbsp.
  5. marinade using moderate heat.
  6. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 45 min till tender - use a little chicken broth or possibly cooking sherry (white) to keep moist.
  7. Cook noodles; toss with butter and cheese.
  8. Arrange chops on noodles.
  9. Blend cool broth and cornstarch and slowly stir into pan drippings.
  10. Cook over low heat till thick.
  11. Spoon over chops.
