White Chocolate Holiday Cookies

  2. In a large bowl, cream the butter, shortening and sugars until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in egg and extract.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well.
  5. Stir in the white chocolate and pecans.

  7. Drop by the rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheets.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
  9. Remove to wire racks to cool.
