Diet Breakfast Cookies Recipe
- 1 ounce. raisin bread crumbs
- 3/4 ounce. oatmeal
- 1/3 c. dry lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar replacement
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon butter
- Combine with an electric mixer then spoon onto a sprayed pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 min.
- Yield: 10 cookies, 2 servings (5 each), 1 bread; 1/2 fruit; 1/2 lowfat milk; 1/2 fat.
