Easy Fish Bisque
- 1 each soup, cream of cheddar 1 can
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/4 cup sherry dry
- 2 teaspoons parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated
- 1 each tomatoes bisque soup, 1 can
- 1 1/2 cups milk low-fat or non-fat
- 1/2 cup whitefish boneless or shrimp or lobster
- Combine soup and dill in saucepan.
- Gradually add milk, sherry and fish.
- Simmer and stir until hot.
- Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
