Upside down pineapple cheesecake
- 1 can pineapple slices
- 2 box cheese cake mix
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 can maraschino cherries
- preheat oven to 325.
- Spray a round nonstick pan with butter flavored Pam.
- then sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Place pineapple in design that you like putting cherries in the middle of pineapple.
- Then make the crust as directed on the box.
- Gently cover pineapple with crust mix.
- bake for 45 min.
- Cool
- Make the cheese cake as directed on box when ready pour over crust and chill for at least two hours or freeze.
- flip upside down cut and serve!
