Upside down pineapple cheesecake

  1. preheat oven to 325.
  2. Spray a round nonstick pan with butter flavored Pam.
  3. then sprinkle with brown sugar.
  4. Place pineapple in design that you like putting cherries in the middle of pineapple.
  5. Then make the crust as directed on the box.
  6. Gently cover pineapple with crust mix.
  7. bake for 45 min.
  8. Cool
  9. Make the cheese cake as directed on box when ready pour over crust and chill for at least two hours or freeze.
  10. flip upside down cut and serve!
