Spicy Mixed Nuts
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Crushed Rosemary
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 3 Tablespoons Melted Unsalted Butter
- 3 cups Mixed Nuts Or Whatever Combination You Like
- Add seasonings to melted butter and mix well.
- Spread nuts onto a sheet pan with low sides.
- Pour seasoned, melted butter over nuts and stir until they are all coated.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 350F, stirring a few times during the cooking time.
- Once they are cooled, they can be bagged or placed in jars for storage.
- These make a great hostess gift during the holidays.
- Note: I put the rosemary in a sandwich bag and crush with a rolling pin.
