Silky Creamy Rutabaga

  1. Combine hot cooked rutabaga with all ingredients in a blender ( the blender is a must for the silky texture ) Blend until smooth.
  2. Add reserved chicken broth if needed for a soft mash.
  3. Serve hot, it can be made ahead and heated in the microwave.Serve with butter if you like.
