Noodle Pudding

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter and sugar.
  3. Beat in eggs.
  4. Gradually stir in milk and apricot nectar.
  5. Drain noodles; return to pan.
  6. Add cream cheese mixture and toss to coat.
  7. Transfer to a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
  8. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over noodles.
  9. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160*.
