Mint tea
- 1 handful (or 12 stems) fresh mint, washed and cleaned (you may substitute 2 tablespoons dry mint)
- 1 tablespoon green tea
- 8 cups boiling water
- 5 tablespoons sugar (use more or less, according to taste)
- Crunch mint with your hands in a large teapot.
- Put the crunched mint, green tea, and sugar into the teapot.
- Pour the hot water over it and let it rest for 2 or 3 minutes.
- Stir well.
- Fill up the first glass and return it to the pot, then serve.
