Lemon Lime Pie

  1. Line 9-inch pie pan with vanilla wafer crumbs.
  2. Dissolve lime gelatin in boiling water and add frozen lemonade and cold water. Chill until almost set.
  3. Chill milk, bowl and beaters for several hours before whipping milk.
  4. Fold whipped milk into partially set gelatin, add lemon juice, put in crumb lined pan and chill until set.
  5. Serve with sugar-free low-fat topping.

  8. carbohydrate 35 g, protein 4 g, fat 6 g, calories 210. One serving = 2 bread starch exchange, 1 fat exchange 1/2 fruit exchange.
