Baked Artichoke Side With Crumb Topping

  1. Preheat oven to 375F Coat 9 inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
  2. Drain and rinse artichoke hearts, then pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Place artichokes in pie plate.
  4. In a small bowl mix remaining ingredients.
  5. Sprinkle the mixture over the artichokes.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes till hot and lightly golden.
