BBQ Chicken & Rice Dinner
- 1 tsp. canola oil
- 3 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 cup drinking water
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
- 3 Tbsp. KRAFT Barbecue Sauce, any flavor
- 1/2 cup instant brown rice, uncooked
- 1 kiwi
- 2 Tbsp. PLANTERS Walnuts
- 1/8 cup COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping
- Heat oil in nonstick skillet on medium heat.
- Add chicken; cover.
- Cook 4 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove chicken from skillet.
- Add water, corn and barbecue sauce to skillet; stir.
- Bring to boil.
- Stir in rice.
- Top with chicken; cover.
- Reduce heat to low; cook 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes.
- Slice a fresh kiwi and top with chopped walnuts and whipped topping for dessert.
