Hasty Tasty Corn Pudding Recipe
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 (17 ounce.) can cream style corn
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. half and half cream
- 1 tbsp. melted butter
- Beat Large eggs till thick.
- Blend in creamed corn.
- Combine flour, sugar, salt and pepper; slowly stir half and half into dry ingredients to make a smooth paste.
- Add in to corn mix.
- Pour into greased 1 1/2-qt casserole.
- Drizzle melted butter over top.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min.
- Crispy bacon pcs, minced pepper or possibly pimento may be added if you like.
