Molten Chocolate Cakes

  1. Heat oven to 425F.
  2. Butter 4 small custard cups; place on baking sheet.
  3. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.
  4. or until butter is melted; whisk until chocolate is completely melted.
  5. Stir in sugar.
  6. Add whole eggs and egg yolks; mix well.
  7. Stir in flour; spoon into prepared cups.
  8. Bake 13 to 14 min.
  9. or until sides of desserts are firm but centers are still soft.
  10. Let stand 1 min.
  11. Carefully run small spatula or knife around cakes to loosen; invert onto dessert plates.
  12. Cut in half.
  13. Serve warm topped with COOL WHIP.
