Mesquite Beef Fajitas with Pico de Gallo

  1. Mix sour cream and 1 Tbsp.
  2. of the marinade in small bowl; cover.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  4. Pour remaining marinade into large resealable plastic bag.
  5. Add steak; seal bag.
  6. Turn bag to evenly coat steak with marinade.
  7. Refrigerate at least 30 min.
  8. or overnight.
  9. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  10. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
  11. Grill steak 16 to 18 min.
  12. or until medium doneness (160F), turning occasionally.
  13. Cut steak into thin slices.
  14. Serve with tortillas, sour cream mixture, Pico de Gallo and cheese.
