Alta Mire Gin Fizz

• 3 12 ounces gin
• 1 egg white
• 12 lemon, juice of
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 3 drops orange flower water
• 12 ounce orange Curacao
• 3 ounces half-and-half

1. Place all ingredients in a blender with small amount of crushed ice.
2. Blend.
3. Strain into a tall glass and dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
