Tomato Cups Recipe
- Tomatoes (1 for each serving)
- Salt
- Cut out stems of chilled tomatoes.
- Cut each tomato into sixths, cutting to within 1/2 inch of bottom.
- Carefully spread out sections.
- Sprinkle inside of each tomato with salt and fill.
