Persian Style Lamb With Almonds Recipe

  1. In a 10 inch skillet over medium heat, in warm salad oil, cook slivered almonds, stirring, until golden.
  2. Remove almonds to plate.
  3. Over medium to high heat, in oil remaining in skillet, cook ground lamb, onion, bouillon cub, salt, garlic salt and pepper, stirring, until meat is browned, about 10 min.
  4. Add in almonds, lime juice and mint.
  5. Stir to blend well.
  6. Line platter with spinach leaves; spoon meat mix onto spinach leaves and garnish with tomato wedges.
