Pinky Eggs
- 4 eggs
- 5 tbsp water
- 2 drop red food colouring
- 1 dash light soy sauce and white pepper
- bring water and eggs to a boil then simmer eggs for 8 minute
- let it cool the roll egg to crack shell
- drop red food colouring with 5 tbsp of water
- dip crack shell eggs to coat amd let it stand for half hour
- removed egg shell
- serve as it is with light soy sauce and white pepper
