Easy Italian Chicken

  1. Wash and drain chicken fillets, season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  2. Preheat a skillet over medium- high heat.
  3. Coat the bottom of the skillet with cooking oil.
  4. Place the chicken in the skillet and cook it.
  5. After they are ready, put them in baking pan.
  6. Put basil, thinly sliced tomato, grated mozzarella and parmesan on the top.
  7. Preheat the oven and put the baking pan in.
  8. Cook until cheese is melted.
  9. Serve hot with side of fresh salad.
