Weekend Pepper Steak

  1. Combine gravy mix, water, soy sauce and ground red pepper.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Heat oil over med-high in a wok or large skillet.
  4. Add meat, cook until just brown, about 5 minutes Stir in gravy mixture, Bring to boil.
  5. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 6-8 minutes
  6. Turn off heat and stir in onion, bell peppers and garlic.
  7. Cover and let stand for 8-10 minutes Stir again before serving.
  8. Serve over cooked rice.
